Vnish Firmware Self-installation

ATTENTION: Check the stock firmware date.Firmware can be installed using the Toolkit 1.7.1 and newer on stock firmware with any dates

If you have BITMAIN firmware installed from 2024 year that cant be flashed to vnish and you see the ssh error in the toolkit, you can update the firmware using the stock web update file on a newer date. If you cannot find the stock update file for your model, you need to downgrade the firmware using an SD image. IMPORTANT: Amlogic control boards (a113d) with firmware from September 2025 and later cannot be flashed using an SD image. You must first unlock the USB port and then downgrade using the SD image.

To install the vnish firmware, you need to use the TOOLKIT. If you do not know what model and type of control board you have, then you need to download the HASHCORE TOOLKIT FULL PACK (includes firmware for all models), the toolkit will select the necessary firmware itself during installation. You can also download the HASHCORE TOOLKIT + firmware file in the form of a firmware selection for your model and control board type.

To upgrade to the latest version use vnish updater , the utility scans your network, determines the miner model and automatically updates to the lates version
